How we work

Basic rules. Feel free to add/correct these:

Most important is that we prove ourselves. If we promise something, it MUST be implemented. Therefore, certainly in the beginning, I think that we shouldn't be publicly promising ANYTHING before a short check here on the list. The community should get confidence in us, that's my prime 'metaconcern' for the moment.
And when we do promise something it goes up on the todo list.
Delegation is key, focus on creating Teams. Edit the list of Teams and note the team leader and youself as initials. Maintain contact and status, it is your job.
Don't use private email between selected other Coordinators for issues. Better to mail to mysterious-island@discuss.squeakfoundation.org so all can track.
