How we work
Basic rules. Feel free to add/correct these:
- Most important is that we prove ourselves. If we promise something, it MUST be implemented. Therefore, certainly in the beginning, I think that we shouldn't be publicly promising ANYTHING before a short check here on the list. The community should get confidence in us, that's my prime 'metaconcern' for the moment.
- And when we do promise something it goes up on the todo list.
- Delegation is key, focus on creating Teams. Edit the list of Teams and note the team leader and youself as initials. Maintain contact and status, it is your job.
- Don't use private email between selected other Coordinators for issues. Better to mail to firstname.lastname@example.org so all can track.
